1. NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS/ DAMAGE GOODS

1.1 Within 7 (SEVEN) days after the receipt of the goods the CUSTOMER shall be required to advise Mythical Beauty of any defects.

1.2 If Mythical Beauty agrees that the goods are defective/ damaged, Mythical Beauty’s liability shall be limited to replacing such goods against return of the defective goods.

2. RETURN OF GOODS

2.1 All goods returned are to be received unopened and in original packaging.

2.2 If Mythical Beauty agrees to accept the return of any goods for refund, the CUSTOMER shall be liable to pay Mythical Beauty  a handling charge of not less than 10% (ten percent) of the invoiced price of the goods returned.

2.3 Customer will be liable for all courier cost and no courier cost will be refunded.

3. DELIVERY/ SHIPPING

3.1 Packages are generally dispatched within 1- 3 days after receipt of payment. Due to no shipments over a weekend.

3.2 All parcels sent out will have Tracking number that will be supplied to the customer. Once parcel has been shipped customer will be sent an email notifying customer that parcel is in transit with a link to tracking page. The tracking number can be found in your account under order history.

3.3 No Parcels will be able to be shipped to a PO Box address

3.4 Purchases being collected from Mythical Beauty by customer or their own courier service will only be on Mondays and Wednesdays between 15:00 - 17:00 once Mythical Beauty has processed the order and notified customer of completion.

3.5 Customer will be liable to ensure parcel is not damaged upon delivery by courier. In the event that the parcel/ customers purchase is damaged the customer will be required to either make note of this on the waybill when signing for the parcel or by not signing. By not signing for the parcel the courier will be responsible to return parcel to Mythical Beauty.

 3.6 Mythical Beauty will not be held responsible for any damaged parcels collected by customers own courier.

4. FRAGRANCES

4.1 Fragrances are generic and Inspired by Original Fragrance.

4.2 Description is only to give customer a guide of what type of scent notes to the specific fragrance holds and in no way do we aim to mislead nor confuse the customer.

4.3 The longer the fragrance stand the more it matures. In the generic fragrance market it is not always to have the same maturing process and therefore a fragrance purchased 2 months ago and fragrance purchased "today" will not smell exactly the same. 

5. REGISTRATION/ LOGIN

5.1 Customer will need to register and login in order to place an order. This information will be kept confidential and only for use by Mythical Beauty for the purpose of fulfilling Customers order. The information will be in no way forwarded or redistributed.
