Shipments 

Packages are generally dispatched within 1- 3 days after receipt of payment. Due to no shipments over a weekend.

All parcels sent out will have Tracking number that will be supplied to the customer. Once parcel has been shipped customer will be sent an email notifying customer that parcel is in transit with a link to tracking page. The tracking number can be found in your account under order history.

No Parcels will be able to be shipped to a PO Box address

Purchases being collected from Mythical Beauty by customer or their own courier service will only be on Mondays and Wednesdays between 15:00 - 17:00 once Mythical Beauty has processed the order and notified customer of completion.

Customer will be liable to ensure parcel is not damaged upon delivery by courier. In the event that the parcel/ customers purchase is damaged the customer will be required to either make note of this on the waybill when signing for the parcel or by not signing. By not signing for the parcel the courier will be responsible to return parcel to Mythical Beauty.

 Mythical Beauty will not be held responsible for any damaged parcels collected by customers own courier.
